Mould Removal - We get rid of every type of mould
Allkare use a variety of methods to revitalise materials and furnishings damaged by damp and mould growth. How we precisely deal with any particular mould problem depends on the materials affected.
In terms of our process we start by drying out the affected area and inspecting for the source of water/moisture. Then, when we can we will clean and renovate the affected materials. This is not always possible however in which case we remove the contaminated materials to prevent human exposure and further damage to your property.
Contamination by household sewage
When a building is contaminated with sewage backing up drains or from flooding a serious threat to human health exists. And unless you act quickly extensive damage to materials occurs quite rapidly. A quick response prevents extensive permeation and contamination of absorbent materials such as wood, gypsum, paper and concrete to occur.
Any penetration with water and organic waste matter can lead to the growth of potentially disease-causing micro-organisms. In assessing sewage remediation projects Allkare proceeds under the assumption that potential pathogens are present in the contamination. Of major concern are the survival of sewage-borne micro-flora (viral, bacteria, fungal, parasitic) and their potential transmission to humans.
Allkare follows the guidelines established by the restoration industry governing bodies, such as BDMA.
